Yu Xing Chao 9 days Diet

Recently, many aunties are trying this Yu Xin Chao 9 days Diet. I think I should post it up here and let anyone who would like to lose weight to try. It really works… :smiley: Even taukes of chinese herbs shops in miri also feel weird because their Yu Xin Chao is very “laku”~

What you need:
15 packets of Yu Xin Chao (can get it from any chinese herbs shops)
1 Dry Petola (optional)
21 Big, red, juicy apples
Oat

1st day - 3rd day

  1. Measure your weight on the 1st day.
  2. Boil one packet of Yu Xin Chao with 2 litres of water and drink it up for the whole day. (everyday, each day one packet)
  3. Eat only small amount of rice for every meals. Avoid oily and sweet food such as pisang goreng, chocolates and ice cream.
  4. You can have normal three meal and drink a lot of water. (mineral water or drinking water ONLY)
  5. Scrub your body with dry petola for 15 to 20 mins, especially the part that you would like it to become smaller XD
  6. If you do not want to scrub your body with dry petola, you can choose to do exercises like jogging and swimming.

4th day - 6th

  1. Boil two packets of Yu Xin Chao with 3.5 litres of water and drink it up each day.
  2. Eat only 7 apples per day and drink a lot of water.
  3. Avoid oily and sweet food.
  4. Scrub your body with dry petola for 15 to 20 mins, especially the part that you would like it to become smaller XD
  5. If you do not want to scrub your body with dry petola, you can choose to do exercises like jogging and swimming.

7th day - 9th day

  1. Boil two packets of Yu Xin Chao with 3.5 litres of water and drink it up each day.
  2. Eat only oat. Just pure oat with hot water. No sugar, no milo, no milk, no salt :?
  3. Avoid oily and sweet food.
  4. Scrub your body with dry petola for 15 to 20 mins, especially the part that you would like it to become smaller XD
  5. If you do not want to scrub your body with dry petola, you can choose to do exercises like jogging and swimming.
  6. Measure your weight on the 9th day.

P/s: If you follow the steps above, you may lose 5 - 6 kg. After 9th day, you can have normal meals but do not eat too much or too full. Have regular exercise. If you want to lose more weight, practise Yu Xin Chao 9 days Diet once a month.

Bottom Line: The key to reduce/lose weight is to learn how to use proper nutrition and have a regular exercise. (change to healthy diet and do regular exercise) :wink:

wat i personally think, u will lose most of the “water weight” rather than losing the actual bodyfat due to no intake of simple and complex carb…when u go back to ur “normal diet” or regular meal, ur body weight will increase more than before because of the “9 days” carb depletion…
