FYI, like what you’ve mentioned earlier… Krokop and Pujut are indeed some of the “hotspot” areas.
There are nothing wrong with us… just being logical and realistic, my friend.
Maybe if more than 5 yrs ago you still can get s/storey terraced intermediate houses below RM120K at Senadin or Tudan but not now. But, maybe if you’re lucky enough can still get one at the price you mentioned. Good Luck !

So realistically speaking, it is diffcult but not impossible, therefore instead of being helpful in the beginning, some of us here try and put others down from the get go because they never try to look hard enough.
Besides, I post this in MC.net, hopefully enough to get some leads…and maybe someone “helpful” enough would show me some leads.
