I have experience of cannot send private message to other person when deal some items/product. When I compose message and willing use private message to ask seller, it display "We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature. ". What is that means? :?:
I send to the admin through the email, but no responding. :evil: At least you can tell me why I can use this feature. I have been waited at least 1 month for your admin email to give me any respond or help me solve problem, but I keep waiting nothing. :x
It is very DIFFICULT for me if I cannot send private message to other person. (But don’t worry, I won’t simply spam to other people). I hope you admin can help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.
Furthermore, I sometimes give comment or reply a public message through other people post. It is really ridiculous that every I give comment need approve by admin. What is this means? Is it even I include comment also cannot post?
