Which race will control earth if UN is a global democracy?

http://i49.tinypic.com/2h5tax0.jpg
The United Nations, a global organization comprised of 192 countries.

Countries vote in the UN on resolution affecting the world. So, I was thinking… if the UN is a global democracy, who will dominate the world? Which people? What ethnicity? Hence I went ahead to study & did research on those 192 countries demographics and population. Though the results is usually based on the country’s majority population, but sometimes its not necessary the case. For all entries, the race that control the national government/political power is the representative group for that country in the UN. As much as you would like to think, not all races of people in the world are represented.

Blacks have the highest votes in the UN, but that’s only 25%. Whites have 21.35%, Arabs have 10.93%

Supposed these 3 groups of people can formed a political coalition to rule earth, but its not possible they can work together

The blacks can make alliance with the Arabs, Turkic, Indians, Creole, but that’s only 45.8%

The whites can aligned themselves with Mestizo, Slavic, Caucasian, Pacific Islanders, but that’s only 42.71%

So the conclusion is no race can single-handedly dominate the world, they all gotta work together. Isn’t that more fun?
