Aduh… i got a saman letter just now. How ‘Lucky’!!! arghhh… what is this? the saman letter stated that on 11.10.09, i have at a No parking area at J. River. Where is this place? i have no idea at all. And it’s a Sunday… arghh… Anybody knows where’s the place? at least i can recall back whether i got park wrongly or not. As in my memory, i can’t recall that i ever parked at yellow line. Haiz… and why is that the letter only issued out after months… 
J. River might refer to Jalan River or River Road…
