Which Graphic card are the best to you, ATI or NVIDIA?

A lot of my friends and other people especially youngsters ask about which graphic is better…

so guys, which one better…to you guys…

NVIDIA or ATI???

Nvidia => performance
ATI => Quality

Agree completely and usually ATI card is cheaper than nVidia. But…nVidia Forceware drivers is much more better than ATI Catalyst drivers.

i support ATI

in graphics world… u cant say support who who 1 lor… like me… i use both ati and nvidia de… neutral… coz both have their own super ability to produce super graphics…

I prefer NVIDIA for graphic realism and commercial game design, ATI good for vector graphic and industrial CAD design and machining.

I prefer Nvidia over ATI.

I prefer Nvidia too :mrgreen:

I match ATi with AMD, NVIDIA with Intel. Dunno why, but i think is a norm.

I choose NVIDIA :mrgreen:

It really depends on the card and features. So I cant decide =X …

im current using ATI for running CAD, donno how good is NVIDIA

Nvidia is good for game models design and entertainment. For heavy engineering application use ATI but lack of reality rendering for games and its 3d models.

[s]To be honest, this question is like the old which processor are best for gaming? AMD or Intel?

You cant get a short answer to fit them all.

Right now the most value for money card is probably ATI 4850
The most powerful singlecard solution is still Nvidia GTX280 (1 core)
Wait a bit longer and the throne will be taken over by 4870x2 (single card but 2 core, just a 2 4870 in 1 card) and the price is similar to Nvidia GTX 280, with almost twice the performance in some games.
Bring in GTX 280 SLI ( GTX 280 x2 ) twice the price of 4850x2, it still gets beaten
For folding, Nvidia is still better

Either way we win :mrgreen:

ya sure…but ati ar…some games can’t play de…like The Elder Scroll:oblivion…just show white screen nia le…
if nvidia ar…most game can play

1.maybe graphic card not good enough…buy new and latest one…suited for ur speed game
2.ur pc or laptop kena virus…try scan b4 playing any speed game
3.on too much softwares…try turn off some of the software appear at the notification area located on the right side of ur screen
4. change/upgrade processor… try AMD Turion 64 X2 Ultra
that’s all i can tell you…
ur speed game…izzit “Need For Speed Underground”??..
better check the requirement of ur game

Graphics card Nvidia GeForce Go 6150 (UMA) with up to 559MB total available graphics memory

Your graphic card perform very poor, pls get a better grade designed for games. Your card only good for videos.
