hi. i still got quite a lot of pectin which i got from my Uni lab… but i guess it has expired. Got it in early 2009 though. haha.
Well, if u happen to go Kota Kinabalu, you can get pectin from the baking shop, Bake with Me or Cons Foods.
In Miri i never seen pectin before so far~ maybe u can try go KTS and ask for it, but surely gonna cost u a lot.
