Vista Perdana - not a complaint thread

i dunno the price tag, but looks like low cost home with better paint job. went in to see the houses & have only 1 parking lot per house with small living room.

so, who already went in? what you guys think?

went there few days ago to check one of the hs( semi-d) Rm240 k…the hs is quite ok la with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms…dun know what the price for terrace j.Howard,mbe u should go to main office,but i suggest u to check new housing project managed by HDC( Taman Permai)…went there yesterday and book 1 lot, the design & layout of the hs is better than vista perdana…

RM240k?!! what a rip off. meh, i only helping a friend looking for a house. i already bought one in PJ, RM220k, with more ample space for parking, at least 4 Kancil can park. but houses at VP, just mere a car can fit in.

anyway, where’s the new housing project?

ruja… taman permai hse? well…my advise is u better check ur hse once they called u to hand over the keys…
my hse was “cukup makan saja” everything…the paint job so thin u still can see the cement, plumbing was horrible with leaks everywhere, the floor still got holes ( call them to fix, only “tampal” the place mentioned other place didn’t do) & the ceiling have gaping holes. so had enuff of the all fcuked up job & calling them to fix,I called a contractor to extend the back & clean up their mess. No more sakit hati, senang cerita… :roll:

yea that is the price of the hs,between that the hs is lot corner & managed bt SPNB,and then PJ area managed by NAIM or HDC.

RM240k for corner unit I assumed. But the land plot looked quite spacious, in the future can go for modifications and expansions.

the hs is still under construction v.zara,i think u know la this is HDC(semi-goverment i think :))that is why they call it medium cost hs and all the works also medium-medium hehehe…(joke)…thanks 4 sharing v.zara

LoL even 200k house in Taman Tunku quite small la… maybe that’s the standard already…

ruja… the first batch price was around 88K now mine dunno wat batch ady, 130K wor…
my neighbour bought 5 hse at once.wahlao…all that he pay monthly, 500 & loan for 30 yrs. mine is on loan for 23 yrs & i am waayyyy younger than him…
now all ady occupied by tenants, 600 per month the sewa…
u do the maths…medium my foot if can buy 5 hse at once… :roll:

To me, Vista Perdana Houses are expensive considering its standard, sizes and location.

the developer put too much margin, but then finished product no quality… heard that actual cost is less than half of the selling price and raw material in somehow been controlled in sarawak esp for those which are locally manufactured… cant import in even it is cheaper to import from peninsular

a kancil with a P could ram the gate posts…

a pajero with a P could ram the gate posts and the tiers…

a ninja king with a P could ram the whole gate posts and the tiers down…

and from what i can see, the gate…3-4 feet high?
