-Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or equivalent
-Preferable with 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin language
-Good teamwork and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Willing to travel if required
-capable to work independently with minimum supervision
-Computer literate
-valid driving licence & possess own transport
-salary depending on qualification & experience
