We are established Fast Food Franchise looking for qualified candidate to join our growing company.
Currently we are looking the following post for our new outlet at Miri:-
1) Restaurant/Outlet Manager - 1 Post available
- Willing to go outstation, within Sarawak.
- Overall Management on the whole outlet operation.
- Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.
- Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
- Follow up and double check on outlets sanitation.
- Double check the payroll prepared, and the duties performed by Asst. Manager and Supervisor.
- Check quality of deliveries of fresh food.
- To control the working performance of crew.
- Double check the daily inventory, staff schedules and pay prepared by Asst. Manager and Supervisor.
- Meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services after consult with the HQ.
- Double check total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.
- Recruit, hire, and oversee training for crew.
- Double check schedule work hours for servers and kitchen staff that prepared by Asst. Manager and Supervisor.
- Monitor food preparation and methods.
2) Asst. Restaurant/Outlet Manager - 1 Post available
- Willing to go outstation, within Sarawak.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in his/her duties scope.
- In the absence of Restaurant Manager, fully responsible for the duties scope of Restaurant Manager.
- May use computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay, and perform other record keeping tasks.
- Prepare schedule of working hours for crew.
- Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills.
- To control the working performance of crew.
3) Supervisor - 3 Post Available
- Willing to go outstation, within Sarawak.
- To control the working performance of crew and staff.
- Monitor food preparation and methods.
- Check quality of deliveries of fresh food.
- Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards, and keep appropriate records.
- Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills.
- To control the working performance of crew.
