Position: Contracts Administrator
Position available: 2 in KL
2 in Pasir Gudang
Requirement:
At least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
At least 7 years working experiences in procurement, project cost control, contract administration and quantity surveying work with the emphasis in:
- Project cost budgeting, reporting and controlling for fabrication, installation & hook-up and start-up activities
- Preparation and issue of instruction to Contractor for services, tracking and verifying invoices payment
- Review and verification of Contractor’s monthly cost report and invoices
- Review and comment Value of Work Done(VOWD) and prepare project cost forecast.
At least 4 years working experience in offshore platform fabrication and commissioning activities and/or oil and gas industry
Experience in procurement and expediting will be a value added.
