Vacancy: Administrative cum Account Assistant

We are an established company specializing in the provision of marine transportation and support
services for the offshore oil and gas industry based in Miri, Sarawak. We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our growing team for the following position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in basic accounting duties, including daily billing and invoicing
  • Assist in office administration duties, including photocopying, documentation, making and answering
    calls, faxes, office stationary supplies and other necessary paperwork
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification
  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant work experience
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office – word, excel
  • Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently and have multi-tasking abilities
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
