Vacancy - Account Clerk,Account Executive & Storekeeper

We are an established trading company are seeking for candidates to meet the needs of our growth and expansion plan.

1.HR & Admin Clerk (1 vacancy)
Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / “O” Level or Higher Secondary /STPM/“A” Level.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organizing, communication skill, independent and good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia,both written & Spoken
  • Handle issuance of standard HR Letters/documents and other correspondence
  • Working experience in the related field is an add advantage

2.Account Clerk (1 vacancy )
Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/LCCI accounting or equivalent level
  • Knowledge in UBS Accounting System and computer software (Microsoft Word & Excel) would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • Preferred with some working experience, however, fresh graduated are encourage to apply

3.Account Executive (1 vacancy )
Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / LCCl / Diploma Accounting or equivalent level
  • Knowledge in UBS Accounting Systems and computer software (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
  • Handle full set account
  • Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines.
  • To undertake other related jobs from time to time as assigned by Accountant
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Malay

4.Storekeeper Cum Driver ( 1vacancy)
Requirements :

  • Able to drive with valid driving license
  • Have license that able to drive van
  • Able to work long hours / shift
  • Fresh graduates are encourages to apply

For Position 1 & 2 & 3 :
Working Hours :
Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm
Sat 8.30am - 12.45pm
Lunch Break :
12.00 noon - 1.00pm
12.30 noon - 1.30pm
1.00 pm - 2.00 pm
