We are looking for suitable candidates (preferably Malay/Chinese) to fill in the following posts:

1. Admin Manager

  • Monitor day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration process
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on matter related to administrative activities
  • To assist in any ad hoc tasks and administration matters as and when required
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Administration/Business Studies/Management
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in the related field

2. Admin Clerk

  • Handle of general admin work and operation call
  • To assist on day to day management work
  • Able to do filing
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field

3. Account Manager

  • Monitor full set of accounts
  • Monitor all accounting records to ensure there are properly maintained and reconciled
  • Report monthly financial statements for Management and statutory reports
  • Lead and supervise a team of account staffs to ensure timely preparation of all relevant financial reports
  • Ensure compliance of accounting policies and procedures
  • Preparation of forecast and annual budgets
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in the related field
  • Experience in accounting system is an advantage

4. Account Clerk

  • To maintain proper record of all accounting documents and ensure adherence to statutory requirements and accounting standards
  • To handle on R.FQ, P.O, D.O, and invoice including filing document
  • To handle and monitor all quotations from suppliers
  • To ensure book keeping is in order
  • To assist Account Manager/Executive on daily operation
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field

5. HR Clerk

  • To assist HR Manager/Executive on daily operation
  • To ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures
  • Experience in organizing/conducting any activities
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field

6. Tender Clerk

  • To assist Tender Officer to prepare tender documents,project documents and filling
  • To assist project team in coordination works during implementation stage
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field

**Competency requirements for all positions:

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, for both written and spoken
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work in team and under pressure
