Responsibilities:
To provide efficient day to day secretarial support and office administration.
Ensure an appropriate filing system by documenting systematically all relevant documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
Assists in follow up on daily matters.
To assist overall administrations, as and when is required.
Requirements:
Good business writing skills in both english and bahasa malaysia
Computer literate
Able to work independently
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. School leavers are welcome to apply.
Working hour:
Monday Friday 7.30 am 5.30 pm (lunch 12.30 to 1.30 pm)
Salary : RM800-RM1200
