Hi All,

I am looking for a small single storey semi-furnished house or a fully furnished independent room to rent with the following facilities;

  1. Air Con
  2. Bed with mattress
  3. Refrigerator
  4. Washing machine
  5. TV
  6. Cupboard

I prefer the following areas;
Krokop, Piasau garden, Desa Seri, Pelita Garden, Shang Garden, Pujut etc, Bulatan Park, Boulevard Garden etc

Please let me know if anybody of u have any in knowledge. I have been looking for a long time but most of the available houses/rooms are in senadin/permyjaya/tamantunku/bumiku etc… and I dnt want to reside in these areas…

Pls post ur reply or PM me if u have any such house/room available… My range is RM 500-1000
