Investing in real estate can be both rewarding & catastrophic. Those invested in real estate in Dubai, Latvia, Lithuania, Thailand, Iceland, Bulgaria, Ireland last year would have lots of horror stories to tell.

based on the data:

this is the 4th consecutive year israel real estate is experiencing double-digit growth. the country has been always in war since its independence hence that wont have big impact on prices. apparently, under such circumstances, the israelis work twice as hard for stronger economic growth and set forward a balanced financial policies, if you know the brain of the jewish people… 8)
