Not only that, JKR personel call us and told the same thing. No budget allocation and they will propose in 10 Malaysian Plan - again and again. Thats why they do some survey last few days.
And then, on February this year. YB Lee Kim SHin says that there will be road widening in that area… now already September. Dont lie to us YB.
State and Federal IS NOT LIKE FATHER AND SON. Father will not take MONEY from his SON and give to other children. Federal take billion billion from MIRI… digging oil beneath us and cant afford to give us money?? Sate also the same. Where our money goes to?
state road, federal road. tak kisah sapa maintain. kalau org complain, tak kan tak action ye tak? its not agreement…its job delegation.
its like CEO tell Manager to keep positive flow of something. Manager tell Supervisor to make sure that happen.
you & I are pusu/ikan bilis, putting on engineering/technical hat, complain here & there. at the top, they oways put their management hat - telling the media, everything is good. if it bad, its either its a lie by certain party or it came from opposition.
somebody said why kuala lumpur, putrajaya got well road? first of all mybe becoz there are under federal government responsibilty (putrajaya and kuala lumpur is wilayah persekutuan). all road there is under federal government. but, there are so many toll to pay. and you all must justify on population. how many population in kuala lumpur? if you are minister or prime minister, i think you all do the same thing.
A social obligation on the part of the federal government does not take into account the population of one’s area,no matter how remote a place is,it is the responsibility of the federal government is equal,it is a chicken and an egg argument, develop the area and the economic activities will naturally prosper,it is never a question of where the population is more, cyber jaya was a jungle too once but once developed,it is what it is today.
You wanna complain? You can. But who do you vote in the end? Well last election showed it ey? SO PLEASE look at yourselves FIRST before you say anything. You want change Vote for the other side and risk it all lor. See what can be done. Why still wanna b***h and moan when in the beginning you chose the selected government. And also Stop blaming everydamn thing on federal. Sarawak gov. itself monopolise the market. They “claim” they are protecting the sarawakian interest. This “claim” is the one that is slowing sarawakians down. You guys wanna do it on your own so you limit the entry of malaysians into your state. So live with it You chose it you live with it.
Duh~Sarawak have so many natural resources other than OIL whereas Semenanjung they are short of it. Like timber, pepper, palm oil and so on. Sabah also suffering the same fate as Sarawak which we two joined Malaya together and get this fate. What does the Semenanjung did to us for these 40+ years? Suck up our resources and develop their land not ours. That’s all, simple as that.
the immigration law of sarawak did not slow down sarawakian. 95% of oil revenue goes to federal, 5% goes to sarawak.west malaysian has to used passport to come to sarawak. that’s the deal and agreement. you want to criticise the immigration law of sarawak, sure can, 95% oil goes to sarawak and 5% goes to federal la. then all west malaysian can come to sarawak without passport.
deal or no deal[/quote]
lol…lepeh still pouring here. passport damn cheap compare to 95% of revenue…

I second that…
by the way, can somebody explain the phrase in blue? since when sarawakians are not malaysians?

Jeez…use you brain also know that PASSPORT is ALOT CHEAPER than OIL! Passport = RM300(if not wrong) AND OIL = RM billions. Hmm…If Miri has its own oil refinery factory, Sarawak can independent liao…FOR SURE since WE already have LNG.
Immigration, natural resources and State Land laws or ordinance are agreed collectively [malaya] prior to joining Malaysia that it be left to the respective states,Sabah and Sarawak. It is part of the 20 points agreement. If we take statistics of allocation by federal government Sabah & Sarawak are begining to take the chunk in terms of infrastutures like bakun project, airports, bridges, roads etc, these allocations are in billions.
The 5% allocation to the respective state of Sabah & Sarawak certainly need to be reviewed as time changes there is certainly a need to review the allocation, this must be done collectively by federal and the respective state governments, while it is the priviledge of us in the east to have the 20 points which should not be removed it is strongly recommended that the present allocation of 5% oil revenue needed to be reviewed, but this must be pushed for by our leaders who also sits in the federal cabinet.
