Telesales Executive

Job responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to businesses / potential customers.
  • Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain records of all telemarketing activities including calls and follow-ups.
  • Finding own leads through a search engine, yellow pages, or other channels.
  • Any other relevant job duties assigned.


  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in Telemarketing Sales.
  • Strong desire to achieve sales target and customer oriented.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Able to perform independently and excel as a team player.
  • Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
  • Required language: English and additional language will be added advantage.
  • Candidate must be residing in Miri, Sarawak.
