A teenager who delivered a stillborn baby faked a police report saying that she found the remains of a baby at the back of her house, Sin Chew Daily reported.
The 18-year-old unemployed woman was alone at home in Bukit Sentosa, Selangor when the incident happened at about 5am last Sunday.
According to the report, the woman “found” the remains at 9am. When police investigated the matter, they found bloodstains inside the house.
They confronted the woman who then told them the truth.
The woman was sent to Selayang hospital for treatment. She will be detained after she is discharged.
A 78-year-old woman was crushed to death after slipping into a 13cm gap between a moving train and the platform, Nanyang Siang Pau reported.
She was also dragged for 5m by the moving train before it came to a stop during the freak accident at 7am on May 27, in Pingtung county, Tainan.
Passengers tried to assist the stuck victim but she died on the spot.
