Technician – Customer Service (Based in Miri)
Responsible for technical and administration support, attending customer enquiries.
To entertain customer’s complaints / enquiries and follow up with Project Team within 2 days from complaint received date for rectification works during the defect liability period.
To conduct joint inspection with purchasers and submit handover form to Project Team within 3 days after inspection date.
To handover completed units (with OP) to purchaser.
To deal with Sesco and Water Board staff to ensure electrical and water meter is installed upon payment of deposit by purchaser.
To fill Customer Complaint Form, Handover Form & Declaration form accordingly at CSU Site Office.
To maintain or repair the houses during the defect liability period.
SKM Tahap 2 or Sijil Kompentenan Pendawaian Fasa Tunggal or SKM Tahap 3 Sijil Kompetenan Pendawaian Fasa 3.
At least 1-2 years’ experience.
