Technical Support Engineer (All over Malaysia) | DATAWARE SDN BHD

  • Provide system setup, implementation, training and support services at customer site

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to system configuration and functionality

  • Conduct tasks adhere to corporate quality standards and follow our established project management standards

  • Prepare pre- and post- implementation documentation as applicable

  • Effective escalation to third party vendors for action and resolution

  • Able to handle flexible working hours on demand basis

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum one year experience in relevant area of expertise, preferably in I.T. services industry

  • Fresh graduate with strong work commitment is encourage to apply

  • Hands-on experience in application implementation, user training and system support will be added advantage

  • Able to work independently in a team environment with acute time management skill

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Capable to meet critical deadlines and adhere to defined quality standards

  • Mobile and extensive travel within Malaysia is required
