Responsibilities:
- To effectively and efficiently manage the Branch resources, for both Mass and Premier Banking Segments, to achieve the targets / standards for sales, high-level, consistent service quality and risk management
- Manage the Branch Sales and Sales Support Team of Consumer Banking, Mass and Premier Banking (if any) to achieve revenue targets for the branch
- Promote usage of sales methodology, Sales CARE and BEE models, and Financial Journeys, to achieve targets
- Build and develop staff competencies and sales & service qualities
- Increase staff productivity
- In charge of recruitment and maintain low staff attrition
- Optimize customer interaction tools such as CRUs and campaign leads to deliver sales results
- Achieve branch compliance in all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Achieve a Pass in Internal & External Audit, Health Checks and Call
Job Requirements:
- Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration, with at least 4 years’ experience in branch banking with exposure in sales, service & operational aspects
- Strong Leadership & Sales Management Skills
- Sound financial knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of banking law and practices
