Responsibilities:

To achieve the sales target set by the management.

To achieve and maintain manpower in a team.

To support and participate the sales activities organized by company.

To conduct regular visitation to branches with Bancassurance Consultant.

To coach and guide the team members in all aspects of bancassurance sales.

To motivate and encourage the team members to achieve their monthly sales target.
-
To build and maintain good relationship with Branch Managers and branch staff to generate cross-selling business opportunities.

To joint field work with Bancassurance Consultant.

To check all submissions and follow-up on the pending cases.
-
To provide timely report to Regional Manager.

To ensure compliance with regulations and Company’s policies.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ STPM.
- Good communication skills and presentable.
- Knowledge of life insurance and investment is preferred
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Customer Relationship management in insurance / financial sector preferred.
- Must have drive, interest and initiative to push for sales.
