  • To achieve the sales target set by the management.

  • To achieve and maintain manpower in a team.

  • To support and participate the sales activities organized by company.

  • To conduct regular visitation to branches with Bancassurance Consultant.

  • To coach and guide the team members in all aspects of bancassurance sales.

  • To motivate and encourage the team members to achieve their monthly sales target.

  • To build and maintain good relationship with Branch Managers and branch staff to generate cross-selling business opportunities.

  • To joint field work with Bancassurance Consultant.

  • To check all submissions and follow-up on the pending cases.

  • To provide timely report to Regional Manager.

  • To ensure compliance with regulations and Company‚Äôs policies.

  • Minimum Diploma/ STPM.
  • Good communication skills and presentable.
  • Knowledge of life insurance and investment is preferred
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship management in insurance / financial sector preferred.
  • Must have drive, interest and initiative to push for sales.
