Upon Broadband activation, customer has to bring along Multimedia Confirmation Slip for the collection of their Cordless Phone at any TMpoint.
TM reserves the right to vary the Cordless Phone model depending on availability of stocks.
For Broadband & Phone, customer can start enjoying call plan on the next bill date after Broadband service is activated.
Customer can migrate from existing call plan to a new plan. The existing call plan will be terminated on the next bill date.
For Phone packages, customer can start enjoying call plan on the next Phone bill date.

Cordless Phone is applicable for new subscription & upgrading to higher speed only.
Customer is entitled for new Cordless Phone upon upgrading speed from other services to Broadband & Phone package.
Customer is entitled for Cordless Phone when migrating to a higher speed.

yes you may upgrade, but it will depend on the availability for 4mb line in your area.

the next phrase will be lutong (Homelite Development housing area), but won’t know when will it start

my area lutong, the streamyx seems to be down since the 7th, i called them up and say they are upgrading the cables and will only be up until 16th.

does this mean that they are upgrading fiber or what? i dont see a reason why my copper will be down. Called billing department and they say can claim for rebate for each of the days down.

so guys, if your streamyx down, call them ask for rebate.

not only lutong is down, my area in Senadin also down a few days back. i even got friend and customer complain to me that pujut area was down also that time.

yah but most of those in pujut and senadin up in same day, mine down for 5 days already .

lutong in the middle, shouldn’t have any problem, did you call tm there and ask what happen to ur line? ask them to send technicial over for a check, make sure you record down the report number, after 3 day of the same thing happen, report it to skmm using ur tm report number. the longest i ever down is for 1 day. sometime mine down longer cos forget to pay bill :stuck_out_tongue:

i already called 3 times, sunday, monday and wednesday.They say its some line fault or whatever excuse. I didn’t get the report number though (they also never give me) and i did pay my streamyx bill. Really piss-ed off.

cool down, i understand the feeling of not having internet access at home… try to ask them to open a report for this matter then if they didnt give you the report number, you request it urself. good luck in getting back ur line. btw is there any other in ur area getting affected as well with the same problem?
