Provide after-sales service support to customers on calibration, commissioning and troubleshooting related to products and systems: -
- To perform troubleshooting, calibration and commissioning at customer site
- Provide support to customer on technical issues via email or phone
- Scout for new service business opportunity
- Interface with cross functional work teams such as Project and Sales for technical issues and/or site visits
- Liaise, manage and co-ordinate on product issues and service information from factory
- Provide inter-branch support when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Control Instrumentation
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial automation industry
- Electrical and Mechanical background and experience is essential
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Possess Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Good Leadership and Management skills
- Willingness to travel in short notice
- Willingness to work in harsh condition and travel Offshore
- Incumbent is willing to be based in Miri
- Possess safety certification is an added advantage
