JOB SUMMARY
Business Development:
- To grow and meet company target through distribution channel
- To provide excellent service and support to agents and clients to ensure growth in all line of AXA preferred business segment
- To monitor and comply full guidelines and regulation also to meet credit control target
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure meet company set KPI mainly GWP business growth with assigned business channel and own new business development
- To monitor and timely report on analysis of business distribution on GWP, LR, LOB and etc
- To follow up on claims matter, ensure no long pending O/S claims
- To follow up on Credit control, ensure no long O/S debt which meet company target
- To ensure profitable business with total portfolio of LR within company set target
- To monitor and report weekly on renewals, ensure meet renewal rate of company set target
- To initiatively work on sales campaign, activities, roadshow, cell group, training and events to boost on more sales activities
- To provide technical support in terms of UW, IT, processing, claims and etc
- To ensure fulfilled company set customer services standard and others KPI
- To ensure meet 90% of all sales campaign initiative
- To corporate with operation and support staffs for smooth operation function in branch
- To report on market intelligent, market development, industry news and competitors
- To promote AXA products and ensure realising business growth as per stated
- To expand own network by recruiting agency, franchises and etc.
- To assist formulating and organizing programme for all relevant distribution channel to ensure with product and sales knowledge techniques.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holders
- At least 3 years working experience in same industry
- Good attitude and personally
