Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Sell and cross-sell Personal Financing, Credit Card & Insurance products.
- To deliver excellent quality of customer service towards internal and external customers
- To ensure branch operation runs smoothly and adhere strictly to BSP for all operational procedure
- Execute operational tasks as assigned by the Unit Head
- To deliver excellent achievement in sales for Personal Financing product, card recruitment, insurance product and any other products as assigned.
- To ensure cleanliness and upkeep of branch for customer and staff safety and comfort
- To be responsible for fixed assets in the branch, to handle and use with care, and report defects/issues in timely manner
- Compulsory to undertake and carry-out operations related task daily including manning greeter / reception counter on rotational basis
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years related experience
- Fresh Diploma/ Degree holder are welcome to apply
- Passionate about sales
- Result oriented
- Advantage to those with own transport
