Sales Manager, Personal Financing - E-Mart Miri Sales Centre | RHB Banking Group

**A. Primary Objectives : **

  • Lead a team of Sales staff towards achievement of assigned Personal Financing (PF) target.
  • Provide leadership and management to Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Consultant.

**B. Key Responsibilities : **

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve business KPIs
    2. Sales & Sales Management

  • Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff

  • Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized

  • Motivate, guide and coach sales staff

  • Develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns

  • Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales

  • Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts

  • Cross selling of other retail banking products such as ASB, PF-i, Credit cards and etc.
    3. Compliance

  • Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank

  • Protect the image and brand of the bank
    4. People Management

  • Responsible for the recruitment, coaching, development, retention and termination of staff

  • Responsible for the motivation and development of a high performance and results driven work culture
    5. Customer Service Management

  • Anticipates customers’ needs to deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    **C. Requirements : **

1. Required

  • Highly motivated, winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable with engaging people, prefers doing sales and take personal responsibility on delivering results

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills (Preferably with at least 1 year of sales experience in financial industry)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented (Natural at interacting and building trust with mass customers)

  • Demonstrates initiative, perseverance and passion in delivering results within fast paced and highly demanding environment

  • Ability to relate and connect to local community (Preferably with established local network / contacts)

  • University degree or diploma holder
    2. Preferred

  • Good communication skills (Local knowledge and dialect is a plus)

  • Basic understanding of finance and banking products is a plus

  • Basic computer skills
