Purpose of Job:
Support sales team and ensure sales strategies are implemented effectively in order to achieve sales target.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible in the sales of assigned projects and properties in accordance with the rules and procedures from time to time in meeting the Company’s sales target.
- Monitor and tract the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.
- Assist customers on matters pertaining to the purchase of properties from the Company including providing advisory on loan and legal matters.
- Liaise with relevant parties including financiers and solicitors to ensure prompt completion of loan documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of all invoices, reminders and correspondences.
- Responsible for the handing over of completed properties to purchasers.
- Provide support to any ad hoc assignments.
**Requirement: **
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Sales / Customer Services, experience in property development industry preferable.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Highly enthusiastic with positive attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities/projects
