Sales Executive (Samling Group of Companies) – Bintulu / Kuala Baram / Miri

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend all walk-ins, incoming calls and email enquiries.

  • Attend site visit.

  • Ability to close sales with professional closing skill

  • Provide accurate updated visitor enquiries status to Management to ensure the best strategic to be used for next step.

  • Lead support to the Manager, such as forecast and collection report, NAPIC report, 7F report, occupancy report.

  • Guide, advise and provide relevant information to the junior executive

  • Supervise the admin staff in filling, issuance of billing and collection of progressive payment.

  • Ensure all admin works are done within the time frame with quality of works.

  • Prepare and check the Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, Memorandum of Transfer and Title.

  • Work closely with banker and lawyer mainly in admin works.

  • Monitor and Prepare monthly forecast report, collection report and subsales report

  • Attend meeting with relevant division such as customer service, project, clerk of work on the vacant possession

  • Attend after sales service
    Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

  • Ability to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a housing developer firm will be an added advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
