Responsible for business development across assigned geographic territory, industry, account and product portfolio.
Develop short, middle and long term business plan to meet company’s goals.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to respective principal.
Identify and grow sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.
Organize meetings in targeted companies to present company offerings.
Coordinate technical resources for product demonstrations and other requirements.
Maintain high level of knowledge towards company’s products and services.
Manage contacts, leads, opportunities and sales forecast via CRM system.
Recommend product and service enhancements to improve customer satisfactions.
Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure client requests and requirements are fulfilled.
Coordinate product and service delivery in highest quality and standard.
Manage revenue recognition and payment collection.
Tender And Contract Coordination
Lead bid strategy and process for incoming ITB, RFI, RFP, RFQ and all tenders.
Develop, negotiate and finalize technical and commercial contracts.
Actualize marketing plan and support in organizing conferences and exhibitions.
Attend relevant tradeshows and conferences.
Follow-up on leads generated from collaborative sourcing efforts.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in well completion or intervention would be an advantage.
Required Skill(s): sales & marketing or tender in oil and gas industry would be an advantage.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
