Sales Clerk - Telco | DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle sales processing, SAP processing, stock management,E-recharge airtime transfer, stock take, trade returns, U Mobile work processes, RF collections, branch operations and office administration
  • Handles all sales processing related duties from SO to invoicing in SAP
  • Inventory management – handles goods received, pick stocks based on Invoice & ISTD, perform Stock IN and Stock OUT
  • Received and verified all cash submission from Salesman/Office Sales correct and prepare Daily Salesman Submission Report
  • Process all ISTD (for stock movement) and MSI (sales) in SAP in a timely manner
  • Assist Admin Executive in the overall branch stock movement and ensure stock distribution to Salesman are correct and timely
  • Perform Ereload airtime transfer upon payment verification
  • Conduct Weekly and Monthly stocktake on both Office and Salesman Storage Location
  • Serve walk-in customers
  • Prepare various reports as and when required by management or principal
  • Support Admin Executive in the branch daily operations and administrative duties
  • Handles ad-hoc assignment as and when the needs required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ SPM
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role
  • Able to work independently, fast learner and willing to work late
  • Pleasant disposition and have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP (will be an added advantage)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local languages especially English both written and verbal
