Room: not furnished ( need to buy own mattress n fan)
Living room: Got astro + air conditioned
Kitchen: Complete with stove + refrigerator
Location: Desa Senadin phase 2 near basket ball court.
Rental Charges: RM200 exclusive of utilities bills.
Preferably female working adults.
