Job Responsibilities:

Execute sales action plans to grow deposits, share of wallet and revenue through origination of new small business customers to AmBank.

Acquisition of new to Bank Small Business customer through leveraging to the designated branches.

To provide potential clients with Total Business Solution to the grow of Branch revenue through increasing deposit and lending FUM i.e CASA, Biz loan and any other banking products to the Company and its directors.

Build and improve business relationships with customers and stakeholders within assigned area.

Build and improve business relationship with customers to add value, uncover and meet financial needs and ultimately increase customer share of wallet and products per customer

Perform field visit/inspection, interview customer and conduct “Know Your Customer”.

Prepare credit proposals which involve, amongst others, financial analysis, credit and trade checks as well as industry analysis.

Follow up on loan documentation and other disbursement related matters.

Ensure compliance with AmBank’s policies and procedures
Requirements: -
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.

At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Assistant Managers / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
