JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To grow share of wallet within existing customer base and acquisition of new middle market customers focusing on loan / financing (Conventional & Islamic) & ABF size between RM5.0 million to RM30.0 million.
- Prospecting new customers (Conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
- Prepare credit proposals for new customers.
- Maintain close customer relationship with customers for 15 months from approval (i.e. enhancement is allowed during this period).
- Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.
- Deliver Letter of Offer & Upon acceptance to send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.
- Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan / financing (Conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
- Grow deposits from customers with credit facility(ies).
- Account planning & cross selling to enhance the Bank’s share of wallet.
- Manage approximately 50 Middle Market relationships.
- Ensure compliance of condition precedents & post disbursement conditions.
- Proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition and implement appropriate strategies
- New Non Performing Loan (“NPL”) within approved budget.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/ Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in credit with exposure to SME/ commercial sales/ corporate banking.
- Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.
- Target oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment as well as in a team.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
