- Independently source and grow Deposit (FD/MMD/CASA) business from Borrowing and Non Borrowing customer.
- Foster close relationship with customer and initiate regular visitation for anti-attrition.
- Working closely with Branches and Business partners to acquire new deposit customers.
- Drive and generate fee based income generation thru Payroll and Payment solution.
- Acquisition & on-boarding of new customer for digital platform i.e. M2Ubiz/M2e and ensure activation of the online services.
- Continuously build and enhance customer relationship and ensure increase in Total Financing Asset (TFA).
- Continuously establish and enhance relationship with the local communities in/within the SME Zone/business areas.
Role Requirements
- Experience and having good knowledge in Deposit products i.e. FD/MMD/CASA.
- Possess good marketing and selling skills with strong command of written and spoken in English.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationship with various people at all levels.
- Knowledgeable in other Bank’s product i.e. Payroll, M2ubiz/M2e is added advantage.
