Here is my Semi DIY Portable charger…
18650 battery @ 2400mah each=9600mah back up juice.

Charging rate
iphone/ipod/note=90 seconds per 1% increase
ipad2=120 seconds per 1% increase

Yes. When indicator low on the case, just take out battery to charge on the charger.

18650 Battery size? never seen this type before. Expensive kah?

RM58 for 4PCs.
Then you will need to invest in the 18650 battery charger.
18650 is used on all laptop battery.
