- To understand the protection and financial needs of bank’s existing and potential customer base in order to promote and sell an entire range of Bancassurance life insurance product offerings.
- Responsibilities of the PBB will include effective planning and execution of sales activities together with stakeholders, conducting sales and product presentations, roadshows and any related activities in order to achieve sales targets.
- Besides achievement of sales targets providing excellent after sales service is required.
- Candidates must possess minimum SPM qualification with 5 passes/ Diploma/ Degree and minimum 1 year of experience in financial sales and services industry.
- Candidates with PCE Life and CEILI licenses will have added advantage.
- Candidates who embrace a strong performance driven/ target oriented sales culture.
- Possess good selling and negotiation skills.
- Attractive commission scheme will be given together with basic salary and reimbursement allowance.
