Personal Assistant to Director

• Good written and verbal communication skill in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Diploma & Degree holders, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Willing to travel;
• Possess high level of commitment and work ethics;
• Preferable Sarawakian or Permanent Resident ;
• Male candidates are encourage to apply;
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing meeting schedules, minutes of meeting, correspondence, reports, call screening, travel and hotel arrangement;
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support work around the Director’s projects;
  • Conducting research and preparing presentations, reports or executive summaries;
  • Sharing updates and communicating with relevant team members to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of activities;
  • Undertaking special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and other duties as and when required.

This position is based in Miri. Competitive remuneration package offered commensurate with qualification and work experience, including relocation allowance if required.
