PADT (Proton Advance Diagnostic Tool) in Miri?

Hi car expert,

The ABS and handbrake warning light of my Proton Waja (1.6X auto) came on together.

A few car mechanics recommended to diagnose the problem with PADT (Proton Advance Diagnostic Tool??).

Does anyone know what is the possible cause? and

Which are the car workshops in Miri equipped with PADT?

I believe all proton authorised workshops should have it. Although i may be wrong as miri is a small town.
