good evening fellow members of miricommunity.net…ok, as per above topic.
went to the new imperial wing and went to old town white coffee.
all i can say is…the new replacement branch to the bouleveard one is goddamn suck. waited almost one hour for my orders and ended up
paying only for the drinks and two soft boiled eggs (my order belom datang maaaaa…) and one old auntie also called the waiter telling him her son’s nasi belom datang.
haiyooooo…and i thought this new outlet is not like the old one but NOOOOOO!!!
Wow! that’s a pretty stinging comment from a paying guest, the outlet best take heed and not counter with defensive response like holiday/short of staff, etc. no amount of excuses can mask bad experience once incurred
I went to the boulevard branch last year end and it was the same thing. Bad enough they got my drink order wrong, food came after half an hour despite only a few tables occupied.
Food is so-so, no idea why it took ages for it to come.
Thought the change in location would mean a change in management, probably not i guess.
I also have bad experience at there. 1st time,i with my friends total 3 ppl make order, its 3 drinks and 2 roti, but they send 11 cups of drinks to us, Walao!!! :shock: they through are we doing drinking competition right now? Then i ask how come 11 cups of drinks come, the workers say its you guys order. i pass the list to them and they still not happy and said its kitchen ask me to give here. After that, they send 9 roti come. i said its others 7 roti for free? guest what? :?: same answer again, kitchen’s ppl ask to. we dont have friend work at there. why keep send things to here? at the last, haha… they send laksa to us. my friend direct ask manager come and shoot r u guys kidding with us? he said we just follow the order list. 8) well… their order list got problem they also dont even know. 1 order can make 3 times mistake. 2nd time 2 drinks only still need use more than 45 minutes, that time not rush hour, just few tables of ppls, not more than 15 ppls include i and my friend. we go counter and said we want cancel order and bye bye, they so mad and said u cant cancel bcos its no excuse. walao!!! :x 45 minutes no drinks come at all and other workers still can fooling around, chit chat at there, its that a good excuse for u. than he just smile and say nothing to us. no Sorry at the 1st till last to us. thats why i really dont want step in anymore, even its free for me. maybe im the one very unlucky. cheers!!!

In the Facebook page provided by whatman above I see a feedback button, suggest to paste the url (link) of this thread in their feedback which is sort of self explanatory where the administrator will see the frustrating comments expressed by disappointed MCnet customers of the Miri outlet. Mind you, there may be many more sour experiences out there in Miri that has yet to be reported and that would include the Brunei shoppers which commands a substantial segment in term of business sales.

ku reya nunggu order ku sampei mok sejam. lom gik masa nunggu dak aek. lebih sejam. moun tahan nounggu nasik ngan mi takat lebih sejam, ndak la ku tauk. nang penyabar tahap otromen dak gaban dak dragon ball lah ya…kawu moun maseh dapat nounggu sampei tiga jam nang ku salute lah…hahahaha…boh cik ati oooo…guro jak…
