Nope… Now under renovation. Plan to move in this year.

Nowadays hard to get nice house with reasonable price… The location is OK but just the traffic to City area is a bit congested during peak hours.

Overall, still happy with the house… because feng shui is not bad… LOL…

Yoo, Miri house price is almost at that standard. Even Taman Tunku also tag at that level. Just Taman Tunku house is new design, more modern with indoor garden. If you want to buy new house, introduce you CCK developer. They have new house at Airport area. Price is very attractive. If not mistaken, 440k for Double Storey Semi-Detached. Don’t worry, I’m not sale person or any relative to CCK. I know because my colleague just bought 1 there. =)
