KUCHING: Rise in disposable income, technology and international exposure has led to an increase in affluence among Sarawakians.
Naim Group of Companies’ chief executive officer for property, Lee Han Ming said this was a natural progression across the world.
“Affluence can mean many things to different people.
“In terms of property, we observe an increased preference for properties with strategic location, style and security,” said Lee.
These aspects are the basis of some of Naim’s lifestyle development, notably Naim Sapphire on the Park situated within the Group’s flagship integrated development at Jalan Batu Lintang Kuching, known as Naim Kuching Paragon.
“Naim Kuching Paragon was a masterplan drawn up based on these aspects in line with the preference of our communities. We would like to play a part in bringing affluent living up a notch,” Lee said.
Naim Kuching Paragon offers unbeatable location.
Located between Kuching City and its airport are four shopping malls, 12 schools, colleges and universities, three medical centres and five tourist hotspots within a 5-km radius.
For those preferring stylish affluence, Naim Kuching Paragon is a stylish integrated development featuring iconic office towers, hotel and shopping mall, and condominium towers.
In fact, all vibrant development components being residential, business, hospitality and retail are present to ensure success of the entire development in time to come.
“Various related features will be implemented to ensure those within the development live or operate within a secured environment,” Lee added.
Naim Sapphire on the Park condominium homes is the first development component within the affluent Naim Kuching Paragon.
As is it part of Naim Kuching Paragon, the homes were conceptualised based on the 3 ‘S’ formula.
“In short, Naim Sapphire is a leisure-inspired development,” Lee said.
One of the advantages of Naim Sapphire is its more exclusive location, slightly away from other planned development components within Naim Kuching Paragon.
“This is important for distinguished residents to enjoy a more relaxed and exclusive lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of things,” Lee said.
Residents of Naim Sapphire enjoy a host of recreational facilities.
“Our recreational deck takes up more than 72,000 sq ft. This is equivalent to approximately 1 ½ football fields.
“Imagine what it’s like to have a ‘clubhouse’ at your doorstep,” Lee enthused.
Besides providing multi-tiered security for peace of mind of residents, Naim Sapphire will also focus on quality property management.
“Quality property management is crucial in preserving the value of the development as a whole, important from an investment point of view.
“We will be collaborating with a reputable property management consultant from Kuala Lumpur which has solid track record in managing strata title properties regionally to ensure Naim Sapphire is well managed,” Lee said.
Work on Naim Sapphire’s first tower, Naim Sapphire Classic, is progressing well, having reached the roof deck with all works expected for completion end of this year.
“We invite all to ‘come home’ to Naim Sapphire, your next level of affluence,” Lee said.
