Just had my dinner at Mr. Ho’s. The salad is still nice…but some of the leafy in the salad r not really fresh. A bit layu alrdy. Ordered the Pork Chop and umm. comparing to last week and all those time before tonight…tonight’s pork chop is the worse. Not up to standard cos the mash potatoes was really dry and just a little bit of gravy. 3 pieces of porks but 1 piece not really fresh. Anyway, will still go back for the salad. hahhahaa…

jin wu eh?
Do you know why it always taste so nice and consistent?
They all use baking soda as a tenderiser on those chops and any other meat products. It makes the meats very soft and tender while marinations are also able to settle into the meat to make it taste better.
Consumed in long term, it can kill you slowly over time. Sorry for scaring you.
miri cafe pork chop not bad, though a little pricey.btw the bak kut teh in centre point shrinked too and not as nice as before.
most probably the cook has been changed gua. thats why the quality of the food drop… ohh, i should go and try first then can comment…hehe…
just putting some comments here to share with everyone, been out to mr. ho’s for dinner few times, but never really feel like going there anymore (except for the nice pork serves) and i agree with our thread starter, madeleine1020 about the slow service, and mr. stupidhead and the rest saying about the salty food. to me, it’s salty too. and i think they can improve their service efficiency, faster serving i mean.
ahahaha…maybe the chef like to taste salty food?
