Mortgage Sales Consultant - Sarawak Region (Miri) | RHB Banking Group

Key Responsibilities:

  • To solicit mortgage business referred by business partners i.e developers, solicitors, real estate agents and valuers
  • To maintain good customer relationship and close contacts with business partners for referrals
  • To implement sales strategies / policies set by the management
  • To be well conversant with changes in the marketing environment and to provide feedback to Management for appropriate action
  • To ensure the accuracy of the data collection and maintenance of high quality customer information, thus increasing the ability to service a customer


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in banking sales background with proven track record; OR
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in non banking sales background with proven track record
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work well with a team and self enthusiastic towards achievement of targets
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
