One of the areas where the facilities will be provided is Batu Danau in Limbang, Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan said.

“If you want to expand your business, you must upgrade your business skills too as the technology has changed,” he stated when officiating at the Food Handling Certification Programme here yesterday.

Awang Tengah, who is also Minister of International Trade and Industry, Industrial Terminal and Entrepreneur Development, also said the government through the relevant ministries would assist in promoting the products of entrepreneurs through existing programmes, grants and assistance.

On the event, he called on the food entrepreneurs to look at every opportunity and explore the vast global halal market.
