MIRI: The air quality at all three monitoring stations here returned to unhealthy levels again since last night.
The Air Pollutant Index (API) at Miri Industrial Training Institute (ILP Miri) was first to record unhealthy air quality reading from a moderate reading of 98 as of 6pm yesterday to 101 at 7pm last night.
It continued to increase gradually from 101 to 128 as at 9am today.
Meanwhile, API reading at Miri monitoring station stood at 108 as of 9am.
Another monitoring station at SK Kuala Baram 2 also recorded a reading of 108 as of 9am.
An API reading for good air quality is from zero to 50, 51 to 100 is moderate, 101 to 200 is unhealthy, 201 to 300 is very unhealthy and 300 and above is hazardous.
