Job Responsibilities:

  • Sign new merchants with profitability to meet company’s new sales and revenue target.

  • Achieve individual monthly new signing KPI.

  • Build and maintain good business with merchant by rending good services that will help to bring in more more referrals.

  • Handle and resolve basic merchant servicing issues and to enchance relationship with merchant thus getting more leads from merchants.

  • Act as a liaison person between merchant and the company.

  • Ensure all merchant application is complete and minimize return merchant agreement from MPU

  • Ensure terminals are installed on time.
    Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any related field.

  • At least 2 years of sales experience with proven sales track record preferably in Merchant acquiring business.

  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is required for this role.

  • Excellent in interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Willing to travel
