MIRI: Miri City Council (MCC) will conduct another round of sanitisation at all markets under its jurisdiction from today (April 14).
Miri Mayor Adam Yiii said the procedure will be conducted in stages.
“We are going to carry out the cleaning service, particular the disinfection process, at all our public markets starting tomorrow (today).
“It is because the council wants to ensure our markets continue to be clean and safe for the public during the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) period,” he told the media after inspecting Krokop 10 Market yesterday.
Among those present were councillor Vincent Huang and Kapitan Albert Sim.
